১) সাধারণ শর্ত :

এই ওয়েবসাইটের সব লেখা, ছবি, লোগো এবং বইয়ের বর্ণনা ‘আলোর ঠিকানা প্রকাশনী’-র সম্পত্তি এবং মেধাস্বত্ব আইনের অধীনে সুরক্ষিত। ওয়েবসাইট ব্যবহারের সময় প্রযোজ্য সব আইন ও বিধি মানতে হবে।

২) অর্ডার ও পেমেন্ট :

আমাদের ওয়েবসাইটে প্র্রোডাক্ট অর্ডার করার জন্য অগ্রীম কোনো টাকা দিতে হয় না। আমরা সাধারণত ক্যাশঅন ডেলিভারি (COD) ব্যবস্থার মাধ্যমে প্র্রোডাক্ট পাঠিয়ে থাকি। তবে যদি কোনো ক্রেতা অগ্রিম পেমেন্ট করার প্রয়োজন বোধ করেন, তাহলে অগ্রীম টাকা নেওয়া হয়। 

অর্ডার দেওয়ার পর প্র্রোডাক্ট আপনার দেওয়া ঠিকানায় প্র্রোডাক্ট পাঠানো হবে। 

৩) ডেলিভারি :

প্র্রোডাক্ট ডেলিভারি হতে কত সময় লাগবে, তা অনেকটা অবস্থানের ওপর নির্ভর করে। টাকার মধ্যে সাধারণত ২-৪ দিনের মধ্যে ডেলিভারি দেওয়া হয় এবং ঢাকার বাইরে যে কোনো জেলায় সাধারণত ৩-৬ দিনের মধ্যে ডেলিভারি করা হয়। 

ডেলিভারি ঠিকানা সঠিকভাবে দিতে হবে।

৪) বইয়ের গুণগত মান ও পরিবর্তন :

আমরা নিখুঁত পোডাক্ট পাঠিয়ে থাকি। কোনো ত্রুটিযুক্ত পোডাক্ট পাঠানো হয় না।  তারপরও পোডাক্ট হাতে পেয়ে যদি কোনো ক্রেতা পোডাক্টে ত্রুটি (অবশ্যেই ডেলিভারিম্যান দাঁড়িয়ে থাকা অবস্থায়) দেখেন, যেমন- বইয়ের পৃষ্ঠা ছেঁড়া বা অন্য কোনো ক্ষতিযুক্ত, তাহলে বিনামূল্যে পোডাক্ট পরিবর্তন করে দেওয়া হবে।

ডেলিভারিম্যান দাঁড়িয়ে থাকা অবস্থায় আমাদের জানাতে হবে।

1) General Terms :

2) Orders and Payment :

No advance payment is required to order products from our website. Products are generally delivered through Cash on Delivery (COD). However, if a customer wishes to make an advance payment, it may be accepted.

Once an order is placed, the product will be delivered to the address provided by the customer.

3) Delivery :

Delivery time depends on the location of the customer.

Within Dhaka: usually 2–4 days

Outside Dhaka: usually 3–6 days

Customers must provide accurate and complete delivery addresses.

4) Product Quality and Replacement :

We ensure that all products are delivered in perfect condition. No defective product is intentionally sent.

However, if a customer receives a defective product (only while the delivery person is present), such as torn pages or any other damage, the product will be replaced free of charge.

The issue must be reported in the presence of the delivery person at the time of delivery.
